Logo won’t change

I have removed the old logo and uploaded a new logo but the old logo still remains on the page. I have flushed the cache on both my browser and the site but no luck.
Vantage Premium Page Builder Page Not Loading
If I go in and delete some rows from page builder the page will again appear, but this seems to happen randomly. If i delete the same rows a second time, the page may or may not display.

Automatic update to Vantage Premium doesn’t work.
When I worked locally on XAMPP I could perform this action without any problem. I would like to work with my Premium version a.s.a.p. and appreciate your help.
