Hi Andrew,
Because my website is having some problems on slow page loading, I want to test a duplicate on a local enviroment. Therefore I need to export/migrate the whole site and import it on my local environment. Is this possible or do I only have a license to use the premium theme for my online website exclusively?
Maybe you also can have a peak on my site, maybe you can discover why my site is loading so slow. Who knows? ;-)
Hope to hear from you.
Hi Martin
Your license covers a single production website and unlimited testing sites.
I’ll have a look at your site now.
Hope this helps

Hi Martin
Thanks for reaching out .
In addition to what Magus has said, your license covers a single production website and unlimited testing sites. You could either upgrade your site upwards OR make a payment which put your total contribution at $50. This will qualify you for an unlimited multi-site license.
Now about the slow loading website. You could try the following:
1. Reduce the size of images (you can use photoshop to do this)
2. Using a Cache Plugin (e. g.WP SUPER CACHE)
3. Choosing the hosting provider
4. Remove/Delete plugins you are not using/ performing similar functions
5 .Using CDN – CDN stands for Content Delivery Network. It is a method of distributing different assets like images and media files between different locations with the goal of reducing main server load. This method boosts the speed of the website in great extend. There are many CDN providers in the market that you can look at e.g CloudFlare
Try that out
Cheers
Hi Magus and Addo,
Both thank you very much for your answers, very helpful. Good to know I can use the license for a local testenvironment, I’ll do that. At the moment we’re only having 1 website, but maybe in the near future we’ll need another one.
About the slow loading of the website. I’ve tried most of the things you mention, but unfortunately without very much success. I’ll take another look and meybe hire an expert for help. Worst case scenario is rebuilding the site form scratch, but I hope this will not be necessary.
Thanks, cheers, Martin
