Jh-waterway.com, which has a table created from The tinyMCE editor. Since table edge line was not displayed, I used the vantage child to draw the cell box line.

With your help I successfully changed the header background color and text color. I know I could use a single header image that included both the image and the text but that would be very small on the phone screens.

It does get a little better using the parent theme instead of the child but there are big issues. For instance: it is not the width of the device screen.

I want to remove the blank space between two horizontal Rows displayed on a page. My thinking being that if the margin/padding at the bottom of the first Row is removed but the margin/padding at the top of the second Row is not, there will still be a space between the two.
