Page Builder not responsive on Mobile

Tjgdtestsite.com The pages display perfectly on a desktop/laptop/tablet however on a mobile the site looks like a car crash. I suspect, as some pages have a lot of text, I used a two column layout with Page Builder and a mobile can't display the content in sequence.
