I had siteOrigin hero widget in my page. Published in 2016. And now it just disappeared! In admin panel I see it. Tried to make page backup and insert this widget one more time, but same thing is happening. What should I do???? :((((

I’m trying to add a standard icon in Features. When I click “choose icon”, it opens to reveal the icons for about a second, before closing up again (and before I can choose an icon). I’m using Chrome, but had the same issue in Safari. Any suggestions for fixing this?

If I try to select and format text manually all text within the post takes on the same format. For instance I want to set some text to H1 but all text becomes H1 Any guidance would be appreciated.

I tried to reinstall WP and the plugins but nothing changed I still have the same issues - on old pages Page builder doesn't show up even not an editor. So impossible for me to to update my pages WP 4.8 SO Wirdget Bundle 1.9.4 Page Builder 2.5.8 Thanks for your help.

When I create an article with Page Builder and I look at the article on my phone or zoom in, the first paragraph collapses, it get’s really small. That is looking very ugly on my website. Can I do something about it? Sincerely, Klajo

Since installing the Jetpack plugin my website doesn't display in full-width. All the settings are set to full-width and once I disable the Jetpack plugin the full-width option works again.

Everything was perfect before, and i think others have found the same issue: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/page-builder-by-siteorigin-2-5-x-layout-not-working/#post-9337985 Not sure what the cause is exactly. Creating sections as pages to simply call into others is very useful.

Hi, Yesterday I started having issues with using your features, and social media widget not showing font awesome icons. I rolled back your plugins but it was still the same. It looks like rlling back jetpack to 5.0 solved the issue. Stuart.

I’ve read a few others having this issue after updating SO plugins. I took steps one-by-one and found that after updating to WordPress 4.8, then PageBuildiner 2.5.8, the SiteOrigins Editor worked fine with older Bundle version 1.8.1.
