Z-Index for Row Not displaying over Slider

Hi,

I tried using ID’s and Custom CSS editor to set the z-index for the row below my slider image (so the row Image displays OVER the slider image), but I cannot seem to get it to work.

    You can add to Additional CSS:

    .zendex {
	position: relative;
	z-index: 999;
}
