I recently started using YOAST SEO for my website: www.headhearthandspaws.com and even though I signed up for the newsletter, I am unable to get past the first page of the configure set-up. I have this message on my General – YOAST SEO page:
Since you are new to Yoast SEO you can configure the plugin
Does anybody else have this issue?
Hi Laura,
Unfortunately, I’m unable to replicate this issue. :( It’s possible you’re experiencing a plugin conflict. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and Yoast, and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
By the way, as you’re a premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on your Dashboard. Please reference this thread and include your SiteOrigin order key in the email.
