Hi, I’ve read previous posts regarding the problems with pagebuilder and yoast seo. Is there something news on that front? Because I really want it to work on on this site.

Hi Simone,
Sadly, there has been no enhancements on Yoast’s side, and this doesn’t seem likely to change for the foreseeable future. :( I’m sorry!
Please refer to the Thread: Visual Editor not compatible with Yoast Seo content recognition for our official statement on this matter.
Oh, Alex, you broke my heart… Are there other SEO plugins that do work with pagebuilder?
The link you gave:
Hi Simone,
Sorry. :( We still recommend Yoast as it’s still the best on the market even with this issue. :( A possible, admittedly annoying, workaround is to write your article and then convert it to a page builder page. If you write it prior to converting it you’ll get a chance to “optimise the focus keyword”.
ps. Updated the link
But for me, using pagebuilder, Yoast is useless, right?
Hi Simone,
No. Yoast is still an amazing plugin even when you ignore the post analysis aspect. No other plugin comes close to that part so there’s no real alternative right now. :(
Oke, thank you Alex.
Do you know what the status is on the bugs in North?
North still needs:
– clickable menu on a mobile device (so that the submenu’s will show)
– submenu that is not cut-off in the pc-mode
I have the pre-release update, but the bugs above are not solved yet in that version…
Hi Simone,
I’m pretty sure both bugs are fixed in the latest dev version. Please try this.
