Yoast not visible with SiteOrigin PageBuilder

Thx for at great plugin, SiteOrigin.
My problem is, that my Yoast-functionality has disappeared from my pages after I’ve started building the pages with your PageBuilder. That means no control and really crappy search results on Google.
Yoast is visible on the dashboard, but not on the pages.
I have read about and tried different solutions, described in this forum. But none of them works.
My theme is called Madhat Pro by inkhive.com.
I would be sorry to drop and uninstall your PageBuilder, but if it isn’t compatible with Yoast, I have a problem.
Thank you,
Jonas

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jonas

    Thanks for reaching out.

Page Builder shouldn’t be impacting the Yoast SEO settings display. In the Classic Editor, click Screen Options at the top of your page on the right and ensure Yoast SEO is enabled. In the Block Editor click the three vertical dots at the top right to open the menu then scroll down to Options, ensure Yoast SEO is enabled under Advanced Panels.

In the Block Editor, Page Builder currently isn’t sending data to Yoast, we hope to have this resolved in the coming months. In the Classic Editor, Page Builder sends data from the following widgets to Yoast for content analysis.

    SiteOrigin Image
    SiteOrigin Image Grid
    SiteOrigin Simple Masonry
    SiteOrigin Accordion
    SiteOrigin Tab
    SiteOrigin Button
    Text
    SiteOrigin Editor

    Hi Andrew.

Thank you very much for the quick response.

I can’t find Yoast under Screen Options on the pages – or in the Block Editor. So I guess this is where I start.

I can’t imagine, why Yoast seemingly isn’t enabled anymore. Can you give me a hint on how the re-enable? The Yoast-plugin is installed and should work properly…

    Hi, I Work Here

    Sure, no problem :)

Is Yoast SEO definitely activated when viewing the Plugins list? Here is what the screen options look like in the Classic Editor with Yoast activated: https://imgur.com/a/2PAVE5s.

I’ve checked and Yoast IS activated. Here’s what the screen options look like on one of my pages: http://mandixmedia.dk/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Screen-options.png

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks, if you deactivate SiteOrigin plugins, does the issue resolve? If not, see the steps near the bottom of this page https://yoast.com/help/yoastseo-meta-box-missing/.

Deactivating the SiteOrigin plugin didn’t resolve the problem. And the SEO meta box was already set to ‘Show’.

I can’t expect you to come up with additional ways to solve my WP-problem. It sucks but THANK YOU for trying!

    Hi, I Work Here

Glad to hear you’re making progress. Consider opening a support issue with Yoast. They’ll probably ask you to temporarily deactivate all plugins except Yoast and also temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen.

    Good luck :)
