Yoast not recognising Content when using SiteOrigin

Have read through some of the other forum posts but can’t seem to find a solution. Have tried the Copy Content fix but to no avail. Currently Yoast seems unable to see text in a Content box. Below are three screenshots showing the Yoast results with the actual page showing more than the words stated.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Mark,

This issue is occurring as a result of a shortcode processing bug Yoast has. We’ve accounted for this bug with our widgets and certain third party widgets are able to indirectly avoid it automatically so they’re unaffected. Can you please clarify the full name of the widget you’re using? I’ll log that widget with the development team and they’ll try and come up with a workaround to allow for the widget avoid the Yoast issue.
