Wrong margin-right on Panels in Firefox and Edge

In Firefox and Edge 56.0(Windows 10) if you reduce the width of the browser SO panels grows in width, due to the fact that PageBuilder adds a positive value to margin-right. Here are example and Video (slider will take all available width).
In Chrome there is no such behavior. Tell me, please, what can I do?

If someone will search for a similar problem:
There is a setting: Settings → Page Bulider → Full width container. This container should have connection with the actual width of internal elements.
In my case, inside the Full width container was a Second container for adaptive reasons. I added {max-width:100%} to the Second container and the problem disappeared.
