wrong loading order of content

By Andreas, 7 years ago. Last reply by Andreas, 7 years ago.

Hi,

My website is almost finished but there is a (problem) nasty effect with content loading.

Row-Structur:
1. Row Layout Slider (includes a Row with headlines and a button)
(tried to delete the rows with headlines and button, but that does not help )
2. Row Headline H1
3. Row Livemesh Widget interactive banners (6)

The third Row is loading first instead of the first Row! Or with other words, the layout slider widget is slower than the livemesh widget?

It has nothing to to with the image (size). Even if I remove the image, the content of third row is loading first.

I hope there is a solution for it. It makes the hero image actually useless. Cause it shows the user content, which should to be displayed if the user click on button or navigation.

wordpress 4.8
all SO Plugins/Widgets in use

thanks for any help!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Cyclist,

Did you change how this page is structured since creating this thread? I ask as I can’t seem to replicate what you’re describing.

    Hi Alex,

yes I have, cause I could not find a solution.
I have now just a row with headlines, a button and fullscreen background image. But sometimes the button is displayed first. Seems also a problem with animate css. I don’t know!

I will open a new thread, cause the background image is not displayed on mobil devices.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Cyclist,

That’s likely happening due to animate.css. By the looks of it, it’s set to show by default and then hide on load, then animate. This sort of setup will result in a “flash” of the animated area’s being visible and then hide after the page has loaded so it’s quite possible that was the reason for your original issue also.

    Hi Alex,

but this should not work like that, right? The whole effect for animated element is for nothing. On mobile devices that behavoir is much more than on desktop.

I have to deal with it or is there a solution for it? I just wrote a mail too the developer.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Cyclist,

That’s just how the animation plugin you’re using handles it. It’s not something I can personally assist you with – sorry! It should be noted that the Block Animations included in SiteOrigin Premium doesn’t work in this manner (unless you specifically tell it too).
