I have an existing SiteOrigin Hero widget that displays the correct font for H1. At this point, every time I create a new widget or even duplicate that existing widget, the wrong font is displayed without me changing anything at all! This is a real headscratcher. Here is the page for reference:
https://www.migratesound.com/specialized-translation-and-adaptation-services/
The correct font is supposed to be DOSIS and we can see it correctly in the first HERO widget titled “SPECIALIZED LANGUAGE SERVICES.” The next widget titled “OUR TRANSLATING TEAM” looks more like Helvetica.
Anyway… I can’t explain what is going on here. Hopefully, someone has a clue, or can at least put me on the right path.
Thanks!
Hi, thanks for posting your question.
Our Translating Team is loading using Dosis on my computer. Is the issue persisting on your computer?
It is now loading correctly, and it was entirely my fault…
I totally overlooked the last setting section at the bottom of the widget, which is there to select the font. I just assumed that if I duplicated a widget, it would do so with all the same content AND settings. That wasn’t the case, which led to my confusion. But all is well. Thank you very much!
Hi! At the moment, we’re not able to replicate the issue; font settings are in place when we duplicate a Hero Widget. We’ll keep an eye out for similar reports. Glad to hear you’re making progress!
Cheers for now.
