wrong feature image and text

Hi

when I share my site thought addthis or just copy and paste the URL in facebook
It’s not pulling the set feature image and it had a unknown date next to the title – dave & molly – september 21st 2013 and I have no idea where it pulling that date from.

Help needed :)

I really want the feature image to be diplayed when shared.

    To have all your information properly accessed by Facebook, you need to add some opengraph tags. There are several plugins that will add this for you, but the best is probably Yoast SEO – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/ – It’ll handle this all fairly automatically.

    That said, you shouldn’t have any issues with your post date. Facebook should be able to pull that. It’s possible that you need to clear the Facebook cache for your page URL. You can use this tool:
