WPSSO Core plugin is causing the page builder block to not show up in the gutenberg editor. Any ideas as to how both plugins can work together?
Thanks,
Rick
Hi Rick
Thanks for reporting.
I’ve logged the issue here: https://github.com/siteorigin/siteorigin-panels/issues/677. As the issue is attended to, the issue will be updated.
Unfortunately, I’m not aware of a hotfix that would resolve this issue right away. If one comes up, I’ll certainly let you know.
Do you know of another way to serve JSON data to search engines? I am worried that two mandatory plugins aren’t compatible all of a sudden…
Thanks!
This isn’t an area I’ve looked at before, I’ll touch base with Alex at SiteOrigin and come back to you.
You could perhaps try: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-seo-structured-data-schema/.
Hi Rick
A quick update to let you know we’ve investigated the issue and found the cause. Unfortunately, a solution would need to come from WPSSO. Braam has detailed the issue here: https://github.com/siteorigin/siteorigin-panels/issues/677. If you’d like to report the issue to WPSSO you could direct them to the GitHub issue where Braam has outlined his findings. Sorry, I don’t have better news. If there was something we could fix, we certainly would do so.
Thank you so much! Your support is amazing.
For sure :) Glad we could take a look. Thanks for your support.
