    Hi Andrea,

The Vantage theme is compatible with WPML so that’s odd. Just to confirm suspicions we should run a plugin conflict test. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Hi Alex,
I tested it of course before my post.
Unfortunately it is very clear, that everything worked well, than after I switch on the wpml plugin, the page became wrong. I switch off wpml and the page works well again.
    Thank you very much!

    Hi Andrea,

I understand that this might seem like an open and shut case, it’s not. I need more information as I’m unable to replicate this issue locally. Just to confirm, you’re done the above conflict text correct?

    Hi,

Yes, you doesn’t see the errpr message at the moment because this is a live page and I have to swich off the wpml plugins.
What kind of info or input do you need to check and solve the problem?

    Thank you very much!

    Hi Andrea,

I’m not sure about other users but in your case, it’s the WPML String Translation plugin that is causing you issues.
