WordPress Update not working After a Page Builder Row is Customized

I am using Sydney Chile Theme. In the Home Page, I have inserted quite a few Rows of Page Builder and customized them without any hitch. Recently however, when I tried to insert a Row and customize it, I couldn’t Update the Page. This customization has many steps. It appears the inability to Update is After I inserted a Text widget in a Row within this Row created with Layout Builder. This I think so, because, I tried to save the Row at each step, and only after the insertion of the Text widget,I couldn’t Update the page. Now, I couldn’t Update the Page after Deleting what has been inserted. Thanks for any help. I do not know Coding.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi J,

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Thanks Alex.
Subsequently I could delete the steps and Update. Then I once again tried the same steps. It was the Text editor that prevented the Update. I tried with Visual Editor, instead of the Text Editor, and could Update without any difficulty and could complete the customization.Pl comment

    Hi J M,

Can you please show me what the text editor looks like? Please note that we’re currently unable to process attachments so you’ll need to upload the image to a third party image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me.

May be I have wrongly mentioned it as Text Editor. Sorry. It was the WordPress Text widget that was the problem

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi J M,

To clarify, what was inside of the text widget?
If you add a new text widget to a page, does this issue persist?
