WordPress update 5.1.1 can;t switch to Sitebuilder

I need to switch to pagebuilder to re-build the page again. But there is no option to switch.
Version: 5.1.1, visualeditor is on.

Allready did the test to disable plugins.

    Hi Levi,

    You can use SiteOrigin Page Builder in the Block Editor, which is the new WordPress editor, by adding a SiteOrigin Layout Block (which is the full SiteOrigin Page BUilder in block form). or the SiteOrigin Widget Block (which allows you to add SiteOrigin Wiget Bundle widgets directly to your page).

    If you would prefer to return to how the editor was prior to WordPress 5, please install the Classic Editor.
