WordPress site won’t display recent updates

Wondering why new blog posts, metaslider image, Home page text updates, etc. do not show up in certain browsers once published even though cache has been cleared? Updates do not show up at all in Chrome, Safari, and Edge, and only sometimes in Firefox. Spoke with our hosting company (Bluehost) and they said it’s not a problem with the server but it is in WordPress and likely the SiteOrigin Builder widget. Would appreciate any input on how to get our website to update, thank you!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

Please, send us a link to a concerned page and let us know which content isn’t appearing and where we can find its position on the page. We’ll take a look and try to advise from there.

Thank you for your attention to this. The link is https://www.byoumagazine.com/ and there are several places on the Home page (which was built using SiteOrigin Page Builder) that aren’t updating in most browsers:
    1. The metaslider – The first image that appears is a Mother’s Day Giveaway image we added in May. We then removed that one and changed that in June to a Father’s Day Giveaway image but it doesn’t update.
    2. The text below the metaslider — recent text edits regarding our memberships haven’t updated.
    3. Blog Posts feed (towards the bottom) – We added several blog posts since the Mother’s Day ones in May and they do not show up on the Home page nor in our blog https://www.byoumagazine.com/blog/ (note, this page was also built using SiteOrigin Page Builder)

Other pages/posts seem to be updating ok, it’s mostly the Home page and blog that won’t update. Again, appreciate your assistance!

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the links and information.

Please, could you clear the W3 Total Cache plugin cache and temporarily deactivate the plugin and let us know when that’s done.
