WordPress Meta slider has deactivated my hero widgets

My wordpress site was ready to go, but there was a white bar above my hero widgets on all pages at the top below the menu.

I noticed the meta slider shortcode was embedded.

When I delete the slide shows from meta slider it also hid or deleted the hero images on all pages.

I do not know how to code can someone give me a simple solution?

    Hi Brandon,

    I can’t seem to see the shortcode you mentioned. Is this still an issue?
    Regardless, I would try unsetting the Meta Slider in your theme setting to see if that helps. Please note that your theme is also adding spacing that appears to be general rather than specific to Meta Slider.
