How does the issue present? What do you see when trying to edit a page using Page Builder?
At the moment, we don’t have any open issues of this nature so any specifics you can provide to help us understand what you’re seeing will be helpful.

Are you perhaps looking at a Block Editor page? If so, and if you’re expecting the Classic Editor, you can go to PluginsAdd New, search for and install the Classic Editor plugin.
I use Page Builder by SiteOrigin Version 2.31.6
Try installing the Classic Editor plugin, see if the issue corrects.
I deleted the browser history and now everything is back to normal
