WordPress 5.5.3 has wrecked all SiteOrigin widgets

5 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 5 years ago

Last night, the good people at WordPress “upgraded” our site and basically took us out of business. EVERYTHING broke.

We’ve had to disabled all our SiteOrigin plugins to get the site working again, but with so many pages dependent on it, it’s a mess.

Any ideas? Anyone else having trouble?

    Hi Tim

    Thanks for reaching out.

There are a few ways to isolate the issue. Try recreating the problem and then, while editing a page, open the browser console.

If errors are present you’ll see them in red text. There will be a file name on the right of the error, hover over it to see the file path.
