    Hi Alvin,

    This type of error means that your website is having trouble communicating with SiteOrigin.com. Can you please reach out to your hosting provider and ask if they can ping siteorigin.com from the server your website is on? I suspect they’ll need to add siteorigin.com to their firewall.
