WordPress 4.5 and my Page Builder

Hi,
I upgraded to WordPress 4.5 and my Page Builder by SiteOrigin (Version: 2.3.1) does not work anymore. In addition I can not update to the new Page Builder version (Update failed).
Can anybody help me?

    Hi Javier,

    Your issue is actually unrelated to the other issues. Awkwardly, this is actually a SiteOrigin version issue. In version 2.3.2 WordPress 4.5 compatibility was added so that’s why it’s not working as expected. To resolve this issue you’re going to have to update the plugin. The updated failed error typically means a permission issue – please follow this Codex for information.

    If you find the Codex confusing, I don’t blame you – it is. :S So your best bet is to contact your hosting provider as they’ll be able to assist you. Say something along the lines of WordPress is saying there’s a permission error with one of the plugins and this is preventing me from updating / removing it. Can you please remove the plugin for me or adjust the permission?
