Hello this problem seems to be very odd. I am using PAGE BUILDER but for some reason when I create PAGES with WIDGETS the text in the widget breaks up in very odd ways. Words break on random letters, Names of people are broken across lines.

I have tried looking into how to stops this but have had no luck.

You can see a screenshot here:

I have been using your excellent plug ins for a while now and this is the first time I have come across this strange behaviour.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Nigel

    This looks to be a theme level challenge. Try inserting the following at AppearanceCustom CSS:

    body {
    	-ms-word-wrap: normal;
    	word-wrap: normal;
    }

    You’ll need to have a Custom CSS plugin like SiteOrigin CSS installed to get access to the AppearanceCustom CSS menu item.

    Thank you for your help

    I have found one way round this – retype the text

    this seems to clear it

    so somehow the text is picking up hidden formatting information ?

    even pasting via text edit doesn’t seem to always clear the formatting problems

    I will implement your suggested solution when i am next working on the site

    Thank you

    Nigel

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Nigel

    Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear about the pasting hassle. You could also try using the Paste as Text button, either in the regular WordPress editor or SiteOrigin Editor widget. The icon is a clipboard with a T on it.
