I saw several inquiries about this, because I was having the same problem. Here’s what I have found, and is actually part of the basics in setting up Woocommerce for WordPress. Always set your Media to display having the largest size to be the exact size of what you would like it to be in your Single Product pages.
Go to Settings > Media > Image Sizes
Setup Thumbnail size, Medium size, and finally Large size which should have the maximum image as your Single Product Image size. Else whenever you use a shortcode in other pages, it will always display the largest image size.
On my case it was initially set to 1024 x 1024, which showed a disastrous smudged image on pages whenever I use woocommerce product shortcodes.
Hi Pidz
Thanks for taking the time to share your tips on the forum, it’s most appreciated. All the best with your site :)
Not even a pinch of how Siteorigin’s Plugins and resource has helped me in the past 2 years. This has been my brand and I believe in it. I will always make it a point to make contributions as this may also be my reference in case I forget stuff.
I use the Corp theme, and it’s everything an ecommerce guy needs to sell almost anything.
This woocommerce setup by the way works on almost any theme designed to work with woocommerce. I was a Storefront user, but Corp theme beats it in many ways with Page Builder by its side.
Thanks for your support, it’s most appreciated. We’re really glad to hear you’re enjoying using Corp. If any questions arise in the future, please, let us know :)
