Woocommerce products in Internet Explorer

7 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 7 years ago

Hi there,

I am using the Siteorigin North theme, which I love, for a webshop I created.
It is all working fine, however, when I visit the shop in Internet Explorer, the possibility to change the amount of a product I want to buy with arrows is gone…

In Firefox, Safari and Chrome, there are arrows up and down, to change the quantity, but in Explorer this is gone…

Any ideas why this is, and how I can fix this? The webshop is www.voetcare.com/producten

Thanx!

    Hi Adiedieden,

Unfortunately, WooCommerce uses the number HTML field which works in Internet Explorer 11, but it doesn’t include increment/decrement buttons. Unfortunately, this means there isn’t a direct fix for this issue as it’s a browser specific issue with WooCommerce. Sorry mate. :(
