Woocommerce “product widget” (on sale) does not work anymore

The widget does not change the products out when I change them from the offer at a regular price. This means that the products have previously been on offer remains on, but the price changes, however, to the regular price. I’m almost sure that it happened at the last update of woocommerce.

Could that be a problem with the theme?

any good suggestions?

Ole

    Hi Ole

To confirm please try testing this widget with another theme to see if it’s related.

    Hi,

    We have the same problem.
We have one product added a couple of week ago, we can change the price but it stay in the widget.
When we add the sale price of other product, they don’t show up in the widget.

We have tried with another team, we have looked the perma links. But there is no result.

Do you already have the solution Ole?

    Hi Roschi

Please let me know what happened when you changed over to another theme? Did you have the same issue?

    Hi Andrew,

yes also when we changed the theme into another, we have tried multiple, also the standard theme.
It doesn’t matter, always the same issue.

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for your feedback. In this case it would be best to pop this onto the WooCommerce forum. It’s a technical widget issue that’s theme independent so someone on that side would hopefully have more info on the subject than we do.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Ole

If the site has become un-responsive please:

    1. Ensure no updates are pending at Dashboard >Updates.
    2. Temporarily disable all non-SiteOrigin plugins.
    3. Re-check, if the issue is resolved the re-enable your plugins one at a time to find the conflict.

I only get this fault “HTTP Error 500.0 – Internal Server Error” because of changing the theme. I can´t go to the dashboard.. I don´t know how to fix this.. (It´s my local version true webmatrix)

    Hi, I Work Here

This is a fairly common error that is usually fixed by going to Settings > Permalinks and hitting Save. If you can’t access the admin it’s harder. Here are other steps you can take:
