Woocommerce product shortcode not working with SiteOrigin Page Builder

Hi,

I switched from another page builder to SiteOrigin because I really like the good performance. Only one thing keeps me busy:
I am not able to display my woocommerce products correctly using shortcodes like [product id=”203″].

This is what it looks like if I add products with the shortcode with siteorigin:

This is how it should look like:

Maybe you have an idea why the product image is so small and aligned to the top left corner using siteOrigin? I was not able to find any settings in woocommerce or SiteOrigin to adjust this view.

Thank you
Max

    Hi Max

    Thanks for posting.

Try going to SettingsPage BuilderWidgets and deactivate Add Widget Class. That’ll prevent theme widget styling from being applied to the shortcode and might help. If it doesn’t, please send a link to the page.

    Hi Andrew,

thank you for your help. Unfortunately it still looks like in the screenshot I posted.

I found a workaround and built the product-placements manually now, so I don’t necessarily need to fix it. If you still want to have a look, you can find the page here:

    Thank you and best Regards,

    Hi, I Work Here

Super, glad to hear you’ve found a workaround.

I’m not quite sure what the issue was. Below is my test with Storefront. All looks ok.

Perhaps you can spot something there. If not, no worries. If you’d like to revisit this in the future we can.

    All the best :)
