Woocommerce installation blanks entire web site

11 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 11 years ago

I just installed Woocommerce to Vantage theme and everything went blank. The public web site and the WordPress control panel.

What do you recommend? I would rather not have to manually remove Woocommerce through Cpanel, as I still have to go back and re-install it after I work out the conflict.

I would tell you my list of plug-ins, but I can’t see anything. haha.

    Update.

I renamed the woocommerce folder and got wp-admin back. Here are my Plugins:

    CMS Tree Page View
    Media Library Assistant
    Meta Slider
    StatCounter
    osTicket WP Bridge
    PageBuilder
    Photo Gallery
    Simple Customer CSS
    Store Locator Plus

    Update 2.

I see that Vantage Premium has a Custom CSS editor, so I removed the CSS Plugin. But Woocommerce still did not work.

Then I deactivated Media Library Assistant, and it works now.

I will still need a media manager, so any recommendations would be appreciated.

    Update 3.

Woocommerce is not stable on my site. When it is active, the Appearance –> Menu editor does not work. I have to deactivate Woocommerce, edit the menus, and then re-active Woocommerce.

I am guessing there is a conflict somewhere.

    Hi Bella

Have you tried de-activating all your plugins besides Page Builder and WooCommerce? Assuming the issue is resolved at that stage you would activate your other plugins one at a time to try find the conflict.
