I’m getting this since I tried to use one of the prebuilt siteorigin layouts for a contact form.

I’m not even using WooCommerce that I know of… I mean I’ve never heard of it.

I have no idea what to do.

Please help!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Shei,

Preface: WooCommerce is a WordPress eCommerce platform.

That’s really odd as none of the prebuilt layouts include any WooCommerce related widgets.

Could you please show me a screenshot of the message you’re seeing? Please note that we currently don’t allow for attachments so you’ll need to upload the image to a third party site such a vgy.me or imgur.

Actually, you might have a WooCommerce related plugin unintentionally installed. Please navigate to WP AdminPluginsInstalled and search for WooCommerce – what plugins show up?

Can you also please send me a copy of your layout? To do this open up the page with the widget and click layout in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.
