Woocommerce and Site Origin Conflict

Hi there, I just wanted to say that I’ve loved using your plugin, however I’m having an issue I’m hoping you could help with.

I believe I’m having an issue with compatibility between the woocommerce and site origin page builder plugins. When both are installed, I’m unable to access the basic admin toolbar, nor any other site navigation for my front page (which is a standard home page with some products displayed via woocommerce). When woocommerce is disabled and site origin is enabled, the site looks perfect, except there are no products displayed. When site origin is disabled and woocommerce is enabled, I am able to see the products but the formatting of the page is really messed up. On any other woocommerce page, such as the shop page, cart, etc, everything seems to be working correctly.

I’m running the latest versions of each plugin (siteorgin Version 1.5.9 and woocommerce Version 2.5.3). I’m using a theme called space, found here (http://themeforest.net/item/space-minimalist-clean-woocommerce-theme/13450223).

My issue is very similar to a thread I found posted here (https://siteorigin.com/thread/woocommerce-shop-page-not-working-with-page-builder/)

Here is the broken page, (http://mezmereyesoptical.com/)

and heres the shop page, working fine. (http://mezmereyesoptical.com/shop/)

What would you suggest moving forward? Would you like any further information? Thank you in advance!

Chloe

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Chlomilne,

    I’ve know of a couple of Vantage sites running WooCommerece without issue these days. So it’s possible it could be something else;

    Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins (minus WooCommerce) and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    If none of the aboe helps, could you also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
