Installer Won’t let me change the background colour on text boxes
Hi,
Please could somebody help me.
I’m using the vantage theme.
When I go to appearance – home page it comes up with all of the boxes i have inserted on my page builder.
When I click on edit on one of those boxes and go to Design to change the background colour of the text box it’s just coming up with a text box instead of one of those things where you choose which colour you want.
I’ve tried typing in the colour i want into the text box but this doesn’t do anything.
I was wondering how i could get the colour pallette to come up when i want to change the background colour on my text boxes.

This too sounds like a plugin conflict. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If the above doesn’t help, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?
