    Hi Sergio,

    There are currently no known issues with the customizer and SiteOrigin Page Builder so it sounds like you could be experiencing a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Thanks for answering.
    Now perform the operation to disable the plugins and the theme.
    I disable the plugin and enter the customizer. I enable it and I can not anymore. I will wait for a new version.

    Hi Sergio,

    To confirm, have you tried disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? Disabling a SiteOrigin plugin will confirm it’s one of the conflicting plugins but not which plugin it’s conflicting with. We really need to confirm which plugin it’s conflicting to work towards resolving the issue you’re facing.

    Disable all and load them one by one.
    The problem continues. Even with the Twenty Seventeen theme.

    Not Alex. The company does not allow it, it’s a newspaper.
    I appreciate your concern. I’ll disable it when I change the front page, and I’ll activate it again.
    Your plugin is very good and intuitive. I will continue using it despite this error.
    I am convinced that the error is mine.

    That’s okay, I understand.

    Unfortunately, I’m not too sure why this is happening at this stage. To confirm, what do you see when you view the customizer? A blank page? your home page?
