Widigits Bundle Not working

Hi Guys,

I am currently using site origin north theme, free site origin page builder Version 2.5.8, word press 4.7 and just yesterday, July, 2017 a few widgits on the site origin bundle could not work anymore. They gone missing and I am not sure where it went. Appreciate your kind assistance.

    Hi Viliame,

    Please navigate to WP AdminPluginsSiteOrigin Widgets. You’ll see a complete list of all widgets added by SiteOrigin Widgets bundle, please activate any widgets you wish to use.

    If none of the missing widgets are on this that page, can you please clarify the names of the missing widgets?

    Hi Alex,

    Thank you for the kind assistance, I’ve tried to edit the other widgits I have left now and it seems they all aren’t working. It keeps telling me to install widgits bundle, butt when I try to click on install it keeps coming up with the below error message

    *Installing SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle
    Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/so-widgets-bundle.zip…

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Destination folder already exists. D:/Sites/seabreezehotelpohnpei.com/wp-content/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/

    Plugin install failed.

    Much appreciate your kind assistance on how I am going to solve this. I’ve uninstalled all non- site origin widgits, and re-installed one by one, and even deleted all non- site origin widgits yet still I keep getting the same message.

    Sorry forgot to give you the list I have left now, after the failed installation.

    *SiteOrigin Button
    *SiteOrigin Editor
    *SiteOrigin Features
    *SiteOrigin Image
    *SiteOrigin Post Carousel
    *SiteOrigin Slider

    I’m not even able to use any of them^^^

    Hi Viliame,

    Based on the error message, the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle wasn’t correctly installed. Sadly, this can sometimes happen in WordPress. To resolve this issue you’ll need to use FTP and navigate to seabreezehotelpohnpei.com/wp-content/plugins and delete so-widgets-bundle. Once deleted, you’ll be able to install the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle without issue.

    The missing widgets are included in the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle which is why they don’t currently work.
