Widgets not working

When I want to edit my post in Page Builder, it shows only the area of widgets where I placed them, but they can not be edited.

Already tried deactivating plugin & disabling all widgets & cleaning cache, cookies, history, and still not working.

Urgent, please help!

    Hi Mina,

    If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, can you please try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Would it be possible for you to send me an export for the linked page? To do this please open up the linked page in the editor and click the Layout button in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.
