Hi

I am getting the same problem as a previous poster

As soon as I crerated my first page with the system the whole asdmin site went blank and I cant access anythiung.

When I remove the widgets bundle by going to the server and deleting the folders the site works again but obviously the opage I created does not view properly.

If I then re load and activate the widget bundle the whole admin side fails again.

Without the widgets pagebuilder is useless as I can not create a page without the widgets!

Disabeling my other plug ins is really not practicle because I need them more than I need Page builder. I also do not want to have to recreate my whole site, which is what I would have to do if I removed some of the widgets!!!

Do you have a more practicle solution?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Fred,

This appears to be a plugin conflict between the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle and another plugin. To work out the conflicting plugin without disabling any other plugins, you’ll need to enable WP_DEBUG, which will let you see the actual PHP error. To do this, you’ll need to edit wp-config.php. Once enabled, enable SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle and please send me the error message.

    Hi
Actually no it was a memory issue
The problem was solved withi 12 hours by a rival of yours and due to their prompt service we decided to go with their premium paid service.
Customer service is what wins business and you fell down on the job I am afraid!
