Widgets are missing

Hi,

I’ve just made the upload of wordpress, and I use Page builder. So everything are gone, and they said that my widget are missing…
How can I fix this ?

    Can you please send me a screenshot of the message you’re seeing? Please note that we’re currently unable to process attachments so you’ll need to upload the screenshot to an image host like imgur or vgy.me.
