    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Rem,

Can you try following our general WordPress plugin troubleshooting guide? From the sounds of things, this might fix your issue. Here’s a video on the process:

The first thing to check is server-side caching through plugins like W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, etc. If you have any of these caching/performance plugins installed, try clearing their cache and see if that helps.

It might also be browser cache. Try clearing your browser cache, and then refreshing the page to see if that helps.

You can read more about this sort of issue on the WordPress codex.

Next, you can try running a plugin conflict text. You can start by disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

If that doesn’t help, do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

      Hi alex,

Thank you for the reply on the issue i’m facing.
Unfortunately it’s not resolved yet. I’ve tried to clear all catches and have deactivated all plugins which were not siteorigin.
I’m working with the theme : Maidenhair.
The public website is : http://www.bakkerijkool.nl

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi RemPage,

To clarify, does this issue remain if you temporarily change to a different theme?

    hi alex,

I’ve switch to a other theme (orgami) of siteorigin. Instead of showing it 1 letter wide its now full screen wide so still not correct.
I did find maybe a direction to search. I’m using a static homepage and I’m only facing this issue with my standard page. When I select a random other page its correctly reflected.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi RemPage,

To clarify, did you set the row layout to Full Width or Full Width Stretched? If the latter, that’s why the row appeared as the full width of the page (in other words, that correct). Typically, you don’t need to adjust the row layout at all but for whatever reason, your theme looks to not like page builder. I would recommend getting in contact with the theme developers to see if they have any ideas.
