Widget & Sidebar disappeared in Sydney wp theme

I have been using widget until today that I just decided to visit my website and only for me to see the sidebar is no longer there and when I signed in to see the widget, it is gone, I tried to start from the scratch by adding widget one after the other but to my surprise, nothing is even there for me to add.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Awoyefa,

Can you please show me a screenshot of what you see when you try and add a widget? Please note that we aren’t able to process attachments so you’ll need to upload it to a third party image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me.

Widgets just disappeared and not even leaving an option to add another one, I have tried couple of tricks like rolling back siteorigin to the previous version but it did not work!!

    Hi Awoyefa,

Where are you trying to add a new widget? WP AdminAppearanceWidgets? If not, try adding it to that page and if you can’t, please send me a screenshot of what you see. Please note that we’re currently unable to process attachments so you’ll need to upload the image to a third party image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Awoyefa,

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Good day Alex S!
I have done as instructed, I installed so many themes from SiteOrigin and others but the widgets did not come up, each time I tried, It tells me to go back to appearance and when I navigate to it, it is empty and nothing to even add, it is like my widget is being disabled because I can’t understand how widget could be empty, please help me because my website functions more on widget.
    Thank you.

Thank you for your support, I had to delete the entire wordpress from my cpanel and re-install a new one.
