Widget not responsive

Im looking at the widgets in a prebuild template

On row 3

There is
SiteOrigin Headline
SiteOrigin Features

I can see when i click on SiteOrigin Features Widget there is a tick box to turn off or on Responsive layout
But when i click on SiteOrigin Headline there is no ticket button.

So when i look at site in mobile view the text is crammed in making the site look messy although the desktop version looks really good.

Please tell me how i can fix this issue.

Note sure if this is an issue with the page builder or the widget bundle.
