    Hi Pcather,

    Unfortunately, we don’t currently have a widget like this at this time. I’ve marked this thread as a feature request. We often look through these threads to get ideas for what to add in our future updates. Hopefully, we’ll be able to add this in a future update. In the meantime, I would look for third party form widgets that allow this support conditional display. Unfortunately, we don’t have a suggestion for such a plugin at this time, sorry mate.
