Widget Buttons Aligment or Position Problem

In recent versions i’m having a strange behavior with Buttons and Widgets Alignment.

The error is some kind of empty button box and some weird alignment. Hope someone can help me.

I tried: Creating new pages, Disabling all plugins. It appears only happen with my active theme, with default wordpress theme is fine but i wonder why is that. It was working fine before.

The example page: 1. http://layouts.siteorigin.com/layout/sport/
2. http://layouts.siteorigin.com/layout/simple-business-contact/

My web Setup: 1. http://www.estigames.com/web/test2/ ( 2 page templates to see behavior – Buttons & Social Icons)
2. http://www.estigames.com/web/contactanos/ ( Only Social Icons)
