I ftp into plugin folder renamed to old and got access
I worked through plugins and found widgets bundle causes conflict.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Amaranatho,

Preface: We haven’t received any other reports of this nature so it’s very likely there’s a compatibility issue with something on your website.

Does this issue remain if only SiteOrigin Page Builder and the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle are active?

    Thanks Alex,
I will check this out if site origin and widgets work together and get back to you.
    Amaranatho
