I have disabled the comments on my page with the WordPress standard function on this specific page. This works. But when I add the Blog Style One or the Blog Style Two Widget then the comment area turn automatically enable. When I delete the Widget the comment area turn automatically disable.

How can I turn off the comment section, when I use the Blog Style Two Widget?

    Hi Dimizu

    Thanks for reaching out.

Are comments turned off globally at Settings > Discussion? This might be the issue.

Can you link us to the Blog Style widget so we can check that out?

I have turn off the comments on this specific site and turn on the comments gobally at Settings > Discussion. But this has no influence. When I turn off the comments globally (Settings > Discussion) the problem remains.

“Can you link us to the Blog Style widget”
    I don’t understand.

But here a site with the problem: http://www.mandlhof.com/de/test/ (comments on globally, but off in this specific page. No differenz when I turn off also the comments globally)

    Widget: https://wordpress.org/plugins/addon-so-widgets-bundle/
Blogs Style One & Blog Style Two-3 column Layout,
Build Posts Query: Post Type: posts, Post in: blank, Taxonomies: blank, Order by blank, Post per page: 3, Sticky posts: Default, Additional: blank.

Thanks for clearing this up. Ultimate Addons for SiteOrigin Widgets isn’t our plugin. It’s developed on our Widgets Bundle API but not made by us.

Have you turned off comments for this page: http://www.mandlhof.com/de/test/. Click Screen Options top right, enable Discussion, scroll down to below the main editor and disable the Discussion options.

Exact this is the problem. I have disabled the comments on this page with click Screen Options top right, enable Discussion, scroll down to below the main editor and disable the Discussion options. This working until I insert the widget. When I insert the widget the comments appear although the comments are turned off.

But now I understand that I must post my question here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/addon-so-widgets-bundle

    :-)

Thanks for the feedback. A quick check to run is this. Switch your theme over to Twenty Fifteen or any of the default themes. If the issue persists you’ll know it’s related to Ultimate Addons.

Hope you’re able to resolve :)

Now I have tested with the Twenty Fifteen. Same problem. It depends on the looped posts. If the last looped post have enable the comments, then also in the page result the comment area.
