Widget background not changing to Row Background

Hi,
I am sure I am just missing a small setting somewhere but I am trying to have a ‘wide grey’ row class but for some reason the background of whatever widget I put in the row stays white like the page background I have tried it with a couple of different widgets and played around with all the visual settings but can’t seem to make it work for the widgets as well.
I have seen other people using the wide grey class and not having this issue so assume its probably a problem my end.
Any ideas.

    Hi Amy

    Firmasite Theme Enhancer is causing the problem by loading a Boostrap stylsheet with a class .panel which we also use. You could de-activate this plugin or see if there is a setting to de-activate it’s front-end styles.
