    Hi Gerardo,

    Are you using a SiteOrigin theme? I ask the Ajax Comments theme addon sadly requires a SiteOrigin theme at this time. This is basically due to a standardization issue where it’s quite possible the theme addon will not work with your theme at this time. We’re looking towards adding support for other themes in the future. I’m sorry for any frustration this may have caused you.

    By the way, as you’re a premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. Please reference this thread and include your SiteOrigin order key in the email.
