Does anyone know why this is happening?
Hi Kenneth
Does the problem resolve if you install and activate the Classic Editor plugin?
Andrew, no it doesnt. Now if I attempt to create a new page SiteOrigin Page builder isnt an option.
Try seeking a working baseline by temporarily deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and then re-checking the issue. Full instructions below but this is gist, can a working baseline be found without any other plugins activated?

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
I only have SiteOrigin Plugins active, and am using a default WordPress 2019 theme. When I go to add page, it just takes to me to the default editor. Doesnt give me a chance to use PageBuilder
Next, check for JS errors:

If found, screenshot, upload to imgur.com, send us the link.

There are a host of possible causes for that error.
Are you using a security plugin or have you applied any custom rules to your site’s htaccess file?
At Settings > General, do your site and WP URL match in every way, both https or http for example?
Please, send a link to a page that’s affected.

The links match, both https://
The link is what happens when I try to “Add Page”
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:
Private Snippet
Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and Private Snippet for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.
This is a private message.
Sent. Thank you!
Thanks
Here is a demo page in the Block Editor https://sobcvictoria.ca/demo-page-block-editor/
Here is a demo page in the Classic Editor https://sobcvictoria.ca/43-2/
From Pages > Add New, using the drop-down next to Add New you can choose between Page Builder (Classic) or Block Editor, even without the Classic Editor plugin installed.
Is the issue on your end browser addon related? Does the issue resolve when you try another browser?
It seems to be working now though it still looks weird.

but this

The first image is in the Block Editor, the second in the Classic.
From Pages > Add New, using the drop-down next to Add New you can choose between Page Builder (Classic) or Block Editor, even without the Classic Editor plugin installed.
If you want to default the Classic Editor without needing to make the choice as directed above, try installing and activating the Classic Editor plugin.
Thanks
It works now. Thank you. May I ask what was wrong?
Sorry for the hassle. I’m really glad to hear you’re making progress. Unfortunately, I don’t know what caused the issue. I wish I did.
Cheers for now :)
Hi Andrew, now if you go back into my website and look at the home page, its not displaying accurately what its supposed to.
Hi, the theme you’ve changed to isn’t respecting the core WP front page setting, you’d need to dig into that theme’s settings.
Temporarily switching to another theme is a quick way to test the above. Good luck.
Sorry I’m a novice, what would i be looking for?
Unfortunately, I couldn’t say without doing an investigation. Temporarily switch to Twenty Nineteen, if the issue resolves, you’ll know the theme in question is negatively impacting the Settings > Reading > Front Page Setting. From there you’d either check the theme’s documentation, reach out to theme support, check theme settings at Appearance > Customize or switch to another theme.
The scope and promptness of the support above are usually what we offer via email for our SiteOrigin Premium users. I just thought I’d mention that so as to not set an unrealistic standard moving forward. I extended our free support scope when replying to your initial question as I was concerned about a possible bug. I’m glad we got that issue resolved. Hopefully, the troubleshooting process in my above paragraph helps.
I have done all this prior… for some reason images arent loading and text and font aren’t loading correctly
The original issue is repeating. Please, contact your hosting company. Send them the console error log. Let them know that certain resources on your site appeared to be blocked. Ask them to check ModSecurity logs for any issues.
