Why is SiteOrigin a “user” on my site?

Today I suddenly had about 70 “users” register on my site. When I went to delete them I noticed a user I don’t remember seeing listed before – siteorigin. The email given was Private Snippet@siteorigin.com. What’s this for? Should I delete it or not?
