why is my video not playing?

sir i have a problem playing my video, which i have uploaded to dropbox. i have tried almost everything but none works. when i embed the video url or when i use siteorigins video payer and enter the url of the dropbox video onto the siteorigin player, it says error. i shall be really thankful if you kindly help me out.
